What is Systemic Psychotherapy?

Systemic psychotherapy is a transformative and relational process which offers a safe therapeutic space through which to explore elements of your lived experience and sense of identity.

Together, we allow our curiosity to help you invite new perspectives on how things make sense to you now – and where it is helpful, how that has changed from the past, and where you hope to emerge beyond what you may have dared to believe is possible.

The process is flexible, non-judgemental, and – as I have been privileged to experience over several decades of working in remarkably varied contexts and with clients of differing degrees of trauma, distress, and agency – profoundly healing.
